Our Story & Mission

The idea for Labvue was born from a simple frustration: receiving lab results that felt more like cryptic puzzles than helpful health information. Pages of numbers, acronyms like "WBC" and "eGFR," clinical terms—but no real understanding of what they meant. Even with provider notes and follow-up calls, there were still unanswered questions and confusion.

We realized we weren't alone. Our friends, family, and colleagues all struggled to understand their results, often waiting days for appointments just to get basic interpretations of what should be straightforward health information. So we built Labvue to bridge that gap—a tool that respects your lack of medical training while empowering you with clear, plain-language insights. A tool that tracks trends over time, highlights what matters, explains each result in context, and provides actionable guidance without the anxiety and confusion that typically comes with medical results.

Today, our mission is simple: transform complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights that help you make informed decisions about your health and have productive conversations with your care team. Because understanding your health shouldn't require a medical degree.
